This kit includes all the best items from the Driver kit, but is designed for you to use a radio you already own! As long as you have a Rugged Radios RH5R, or any radio with a Kenwood 2-pin (K1) connector, this kit includes everything else you need to connect a driver to the radio. (Again, this kit does not include a radio, but the Rugged Radios RH5R or any Kenwood 2-pin compatible radio will work).

Items must be undamaged and in re-sellable condition. Buyer pays return shipping. Please include the original invoice. A 20% restocking fee will apply. Custom cells or standard cells with custom accessories are non-returnable.
NECKSGEN PRODUCTS: NecksGen in California. (619.328.0410): Unworn, unused devices may be returned within 30 days of purchase. A $30 restocking fee will apply.
RADIOS: Rugged Radios in California. (888.541.7223):After 30 days, returns for store credit only. Items must be in new/unused condition. A 20% restocking fee applies. Please include a copy of your original invoice if possible and all original packaging available. Buyer pays return shipping.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Depending on which vendor you called, they will tell you if you are approved for a refund or not. You are welcome to contact us if you have any additional questions. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
